Where do you ship from?
Everything is shipped from the Netherlands. The country of tulips & windmills.
When will you ship my order?
All orders are shipped between 1-5 business days. I do my best to process orders as soon as I can. Please keep in mind that this small business is run by one person. Thank you for your patience!
Pre-orders take up to 2-4 weeks. They will be packed and shipped together with other items if you had them in your order. More detailed info is in the item description.
Can I get a tracking number?
Track & trace is available for orders up to 2kg. The price varies per country (around +5~13 EUR). Please send me an e-mail and I’ll check if I can arrange it for you. This also includes insurance up to 50 EUR.
What are your estimated shipping times?
The estimated times are from the moment your order has been shipped (not counting packing & handling):
The Netherlands (domestic) 1-2 business days
Europe 1-7 business days
International 2-8 weeks

My order hasn’t arrived yet. What happened?
If your order hasn’t been delivered within 8 weeks, please contact me at email@example.com with your order number. I’m not responsible for orders getting lost/returned due to wrong addresses. I keep photos of all orders as proof of shipment.
My order arrived damaged/this wasn’t my order
I’m so sorry for the inconvenience. Please send a picture of the damaged goods and I will either replace or refund them for you. If you got the wrong item or things are missing, you will get a replacement. Please mail your name + order number + address + pictures within 7 days and I do my best to solve the issue.
What’s your refund policy?
You can cancel your order at any time as long as it has not yet been shipped out. Once it has shipped out I do not accept any returns/refunds unless the item has been damaged in transit and you don’t want a replacement.
Orders that are returned due to undeliverable addresses must be paid a shipping fee to be shipped out again, or I can keep the items and you’ll receive a partial refund (full refund for items but not any shipping costs).
International customers are responsible for any custom fees that might occur upon receiving their order. Please check your country’s custom handling fees before ordering.
